runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored unless you choose one of the options below.
Privacy: Saved consultation (optional, only if you tick the box)▾
we store a consultation ID, the creation and expiry dates, your structured fit-check answers, the fit result, the AI explanation and the consent version. No email address, names, free text, IP address or device identifiers. Purpose: so Nordic MarTech can review it. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Deleted automatically after 30 days.
Privacy: Consultation request (optional, only if you tick the box)▾
we store your work email address, your structured fit-check answers, the fit result, the date and the consent version. Purpose: to email you once about this result. Legal basis: your consent. Deleted automatically after 30 days.
Privacy: Call booking (optional)▾
we store your name, work email address, the time you chose and the date you booked. No free text, IP address or device identifiers are stored. Purpose: to arrange and hold the call. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Kept until 30 days after the call, then deleted automatically.
Privacy: AI explanation (optional, only if you tick the box)▾
your structured answers are sent to our hosting provider's AI service, which uses a third-party AI model provider, to generate an explanation. We do not store the answers or the explanation unless you also tick the separate box to save your consultation (kept for 30 days), and they are never used to train AI models. Legal basis: your consent.
Privacy: Optional usage counts (only if you agree)▾
We count, as daily totals, which pages are viewed and how often the light/dark switch is used, plus which stages of the consultation are reached. No cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, profile answers or personal data. Totals are kept for 90 days.
Privacy: Who receives data▾
our hosting, database, email-delivery and AI service providers, acting as processors on our behalf. Some may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never share your details with Mode or micro1. If you apply to them, you do so directly through their own sites and under their own privacy policies.
Privacy: Your rights▾
you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contact@nordicmartech.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).

our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for security and reliability, under its own retention policy.
AI data-use consent▾
I agree to send my structured fit-check answers (no names, emails or free text) to our hosting provider's AI service, which uses a third-party AI model provider, to generate an explanation of this result. This is not shared with Mode or micro1. The explanation is indicative: the fit-check rules decide the result, and only the partner can confirm acceptance.
Mode and micro1 set their own terms when you apply. Nordic MarTech's terms cover only our own services.
