Optional anonymous consultation statistics

Optional consultation statistics: if you agree, we count stages reached to understand where visitors stop. We send no profile answers, names, emails or unique visitor identifiers, and store daily stage totals for 90 days. Counts are approximate and cannot identify individual owners.

Optional AI explanation

Data use and consent

The standard fit check runs in your browser. If you ask for an AI explanation after consenting, your structured answers are sent to our hosting provider's AI service and a third-party AI model provider to generate it; processing may take place in the United States. Nordic MarTech does not store these answers or the explanation unless you also tick the separate box to save your consultation (kept for 30 days), and never uses them to train AI models. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and reliability. Questions: contact@nordicmartech.com.

Optional saved consultation

Saved consultations: if you choose to save, we store a consultation ID, creation date, expiry date, structured company profile, fit result, AI explanation and consent version so Nordic MarTech can follow up with you. The controller is Kaada Nordic MarTech, org. no. 936 289 835, Stavanger, Norway. Saved consultations are deleted automatically after 30 days. To access or delete your consultation, email contact@nordicmartech.com and quote your consultation ID. No names, emails, input free text, company records, IP addresses or user agents are stored in saved consultations. Saving is separate from AI and anonymous-statistics consent. We cannot identify or contact you from these answers alone; contact us separately and quote your consultation ID if you want follow-up.
